There’s a lot of talk about ‘being the best version of yourself’. I aim to create a space where all versions of you — the overwhelmed, messy or stuck ones — feel completely welcome. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong, what you want, or where to begin.
Come as you are.
I have particular experience working with:
- Anxiety and depression
- Loss and grief
- Difficulties with anger
- Existential questions of relevance and life purpose
- Relationship challenges, including boundaries, entrenched conflict and intimacy
- Complex trauma, including attachment trauma, childhood sexual abuse, collective and intergenerational trauma
- Addiction recovery
- Eating disorders
Approach and frame
My therapeutic approach is grounded in rigorous psychotherapeutic training and informed by contemporary research into trauma, attachment and the nervous system. Alongside this, I draw on years of embodied practice through somatic awareness, yoga and mindfulness.
My practice is guided by the professional and ethical standards of BACP and UKCP.
